Vapor Stop stands behind our products 100%. As a Vapor Stop customer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. And sometimes that means returning or exchanging an item you purchased. Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only. There is a 24-hour return policy on Clearomizers, and a 30-day manufacturer defect return on all batteries. No returns will be accepted without sales receipt, and no returns of Cartomizers, smoke juice (E-Liquid) or disposables will be accepted. Damaged items will not be accepted for return.

If you feel that you have received a product that is not up to the standard of Vapor Stop, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Always make sure that you store your E-Liquids in a cool, dark place. Direct sunlight and heat can alter the quality and vapor production of all E-Liquids. We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged or altered by human misuse or faulty hardware.

PLEASE NOTE: Online purchases cannot be returned at any of our retail locations. Refunds MUST include a valid RMA number, must be received within a 30-day period from the original order date, and they must include all of the items from the original purchase. However, we reserve the right to deny any refund, as well as hold the right to issue a partial refund in the event that any request fails to meet the aforementioned requirements. For obvious, potentially health-related reasons, we cannot offer this guarantee on E-Liquids.
